4 stars for quite fast replies to my emails, but still loved the customer support being kind and very helpful.
Would be better if there was a direct access to customer service from the app rather then have write an email.

I tried AutoDS and I was SO frustrated with how their tools did not work—AND I was only on their trial: imagine that! LOL. But thanks to that I was able to find DSers and so far so GOOD! Customer service seems to be GREAT but it is only my first time contacting them YET I have a GREAT feeling about all of this: many thanks guys! I want to thank Wendy and Emily for helping me today.

Vivian was absolutely outstanding, I am new to DSERS and she went out of her way to show me solutions to my questions step by step through messenger, and even offered to do it for me. I do not think I have ever had this great of customer support from any company in my lifetime. I think Vivian should get a raise, If she doesn't get a raise, I am going to buy DSERS when my store blows up and i get the funds and I will give her a raise myself!
