I am new to this so when my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Rita to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

Need to workout something with the customer service and I was assisted by Raphael. He was amazing! I was really stuck with an issue, but he guided me through everything step by step and made it so easy to understand. He even sent screenshots, which was super helpful because I could see exactly what to do. On top of that, he was really friendly and patient the whole time, even when I asked a few extra questions. It only took about 5 minutes to fix my problem, and I couldn’t have done it without his help. Seriously, great customer service! Thanks again, Raphael!

The app works pretty well, but even the best run into issues. A supplier had run out of stock during order fulfillment. I contacted their support and Lydia really helped me to get things back on track. Lydia communicated clearly, provided great screenshots, and even helped me get my product variant remapped. Highly recommended!
