I am writing this review to say thank you to staff member Via . Via was very helpful and kind. Via assisted me with my Aliexpress order that synced twice. Via showed me step by step how to remove the deplucent order and sync my dsers to the awaiting shipment status. I am very pleased with Via's assistance.

Amazing customer service. Ralla spent close to an hour and a half with me trying to resolve my issue. She was diligent and checked everything from both DSers and Aliexpress side and was able to solve my issue at the end. I do not see this kind of thorough service too often.
