Chrissy is indeed a Customer Service or customer support officer per excellent. Chrissy invested time and technical understanding to correct the wrong process that i created in my store. in the process of fulfilling product purchased to my customer i unknowingly created two account and it become very difficult to fulfill.
and Chrissy stepped in , trace the issue and asked me to switch. account and every thing was resolved .
