I was assisted today by a very knowledge rep in a very quickly and efficient manner. The representative was able to downgrade my account and remove store from my account I will be back once I learn more about ecom thanks for your assistance.
Additionally the representative stayed online to assist further with removing an unauthorized store from my account which was a blessing to me thanks thanks
