Spoke with Live Chat Agent Tiffany regarding my first Shopify store Customer order through DSer's which seemed relatively effortless with both DSer's, AliExpress and Shopify. However, after paying for order on Saturday, order showed as Awaiting Shipment, before Awaiting Fulfillment. The supplier had updated the Order numbers etc, but upon investigation, it was noted that it could be over 2 weeks before the Order was even shipped to my Customer. Tiffany was the Ultimate professional, and also caring and compassionate. She stayed calm, answered every question I had, even going so far as to include screenshots with her responses, so I could understand where to find the information she was directing me toward. She went well "over & above" her customary job description today in the assistance she lent to me, and I can only hope that the next new ECommerce business Owner is lucky enough to encounter Tiffany should he or she have a question with regard to their supplier journey with DSer's. Thank you so much for the wonderful service I received.

My experience shows that by contacting the Dsers team on Messenger, one can expect quick and professional assistance. In my case, Raphael proved to be invaluable support by offering an effective solution to the problem I was facing.
