Amazing service, makes importing items super easy instead of creating products manually from Aliexpress. But the best part of it all, is their 24/7 live chat service. Not matter the issue, they are always there to help and solve any issue. Rita, recently helped me work an issue and solved it in less than 10 minutes. Super fast and great support!

Ralla was patient, kind, and a lifesaver! I signed up for Shopify/ DSers only a week ago, and had a lot of questions. I used the FB Messenger Chat option and had a quick reply in under a minute. I even left her hanging for 30 minutes while I was at work and she stayed with me the whole time until every question was thoroughly answered. She offered to log into my account to try and figure out the problems herself and sent detailed screenshots with bright red arrows and boxes to clearly show how to fix the issues.
