I was having trouble getting my orders from Shopify to Ali Express.
Lennon was my Customer service person and he was exceptional great from start to finish.
Has a business owner you want to have the orders moved over to the suppliers seamlessly and Lennon help me realize that the orders need to be manually entered to Ali Express to make sure customer and buyers are protected.
Lennon provided screen prints to help me through the process.
Professional customer service at the highest level.
Everyone should mirror Lennon's skill set.

Today I spoke to Lennon and what a great experience it was. He helped me through every question I had and went into detail without me even asking. I had a question about replacing an order that had been canceled. I was beginning to get worried because I completely deleted the order. I got in contact with Irene from customer support and she fixed the problem literally in seconds! I am very happy, all is good. Thanks again Irene!!

I'm very new to dropshipping and literally received my first order yesterday. I was really stressing because I was confused on shipping etc. I spoke with Isak and after speaking to several (maybe 5/6) people on Dsers, he was able to answer all of my questions comprehensively so he really saved me from losing my mind over it lol So far the app is good, I did pay for my order on aliexpress which took a while to reflect on the system and so I was confused & I'd hope that the system wouldn't allow you to make payment twice on the same order. Besides this, I'm now happy so big thanks to Isak! Hopefully it stays good :) Isak is 5 star but I took 1 star off just as it's just the beginning and some of the staff are a lot less knowledgable than others but you could get Isak to teach them. I'm taking it from 4 to 5 stars because Isak is 5 star but I cannot say the app is 5 star just yet & it remains that there are a few staff whose service was less than 5 star
