Wow! I have spent an hour with Chrissy from DSers customer service chat. I must have asked her hundreds of questions I had about not just DSers platform but also Aliexpress. She went far and beyond to help me understand how everything works. All the answers to my questions ( which I searched all over YouTube and reddit) were answered by her in the last hour. My first DSer support chat and Villanelle was amazing! It was so nice to feel like there was an real person on the other end.
