Yesterday i contacted DSers support team for help, this lovely lady, Blanca, was something of amazing. I've been helped by support teams before, but nothing compared to what Blanca did for me. She could have guided me on what to do but instead, she resolved the issue herself. I can not thank you enough Blanca, and if i could give you 6 stars, i would.

I was nervous about a customer order because DSers couldn't process it, and I thought it was me. It ended up being the customer not entering their information correctly. Supremerly good Customer service from Vivian and Wendy and all other colleagues. Shipping profile can't be synced to Shopify but we made a work around so other than that, it's a perfect app.
