I had issues with certain areas of the products and the price of the products for one of my orders and Rin was amazing and managed to sort out all the issues, going out of the way as to search for alternative products with a better price. Once everything was sorted I could order the products for my customer. Great job, five stars :)

Spoke with Vivian on 01/21/24 for probably close to an hour and a half. I am new at DSing, but seasoned at selling. So that left me in a position with an unexpectedly large volume of orders to process and no idea at all what I was doing. It wasn't pretty. We had duplicate orders imported from eBay, no idea how to map everything...I can't begin to list everything, to be honest. Vivian assisted me with not only mapping everything but also taking screenshots to make sure she was providing me with the products I wanted. In addition, I was also asking another zillion questions. After this long interaction, I am certain I am not even entertaining any apps other than DS, and seriously, please, give VIVIAN a raise! She saved my business and helped me feel confident.
