Gloria on the help centre really helped me understand the issue as I have 2 ali express accounts synced to dsers. She identified the problem and now I understand and will be able to come back to her to fix once my order has updated the tracking. Thanks for all your help and understanding gloria a real credit to her team 5 star service

I had an experience with this shop this morning. Sandy was my representative and she handled everything so very nice and easy. Every time I have had an issue that I needed help with these customer service folks have been professionally handled it.
