I am a beginner and just started my journey. During the setup i had questions that i could not find answers to. So I started up a chat with Luna to find out more about the flow of orders. She was very informative and made my day a lot better with quick and knowledgeable responses.

DSer certainly makes dropshipping a adventure, but a beautiful one.

When my customer didn't receive their product I started up a chat with Zico to figure out why. All I can say is that it has been quite a process but in the end everything was resolved. Now I understand how all the services work together to fulfill orders. Thank you!

DSERS is awsome and serves its purpose well. However i ran into a mapping issue with multiple pending orders. I reached out to the live messaging service and was contacted by teresa immediately. She is worth her weight in gold, she answered my question exactly and gave me all the necessary info and actually walked me through fixing the issue down to fulfilling the order. With support like her, this app can never fail. Giver her a raise!

DSers is good, I enjoy their service but some things were confusing at first.

Thankfully they have AMAZING support right via messenger, a special big thank you to Zina who not only quickly and effectively helped me resolve my issue but also made me feel understood and prioritized.

I’ve only just started using DSers, but so far, so good! I’m really enjoying it because it saves me so much time when importing products. The syncing process is straightforward and easy to use. After placing my first order, I needed to sort out a couple of things, but their live chat support was extremely helpful. I’ll definitely continue using it!
