At first glance this app is very easy to navigate, add price so they fit ur local currency and import items from alibaba.. I have looked on alot of other apps but ended out with this one, after a bad experience with another app

Have just started getting orders with Dsers and Sherry was absolutely amazing. She talked me through everything sent relevant information and solved the problem and was also so patient when I was taking the steps she asked me to do as it took a while to sort things. Excellent help and customer service from her I could not recommend her enough and she helped me get the order through. Fantastic! Would recommend highly!

I am new at this Dropshipping business, I contacted DSers. Sherry was very helpful in answering all my questions. My issues is i'm not sure if my online store is connected to DSers and Sherry show me where to look and check to make sure i understand correctly. I have questions on how that shipping work, she also helping me understand how easy it is, where I do not need to do anything, once the customer placed the order on my online store. You have no idea what a relieve that was for me.

I have never received better customer service than I did today from Zoe, who helped me integrate two accounts. She was very professional, friendly, speedy, and competent. I could not have asked for better service. She puts a friendly face on DSers. All employees should strive to be that good! I had the pleasure of speaking with Villanelle and she was awesome, I am a first-time online store owner and just got my first sale. I was stuck on the shipping process. Villanelle explained everything to me, gave me a step-by-step guide of what I needed to do, and answer all of my questions. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and sweet. Make you feel like she is willing to help and there to do so. Her customer service was excellent. Thank you for the assistance Villanelle hopefully I can speak with you again when I run into another issue.

I have only been using this app for the last week but its been amazing. Obviously there is a lot to learn considering all the applications that you need to use together but there is a ton of information online which makes it possible. If you ever find yourself stuck and unable to figure it out don't hesitate to reach out to the customer service. I was helped by a gentleman named "Chris" and he was amazing. Not only did he provide videos and detailed instructions to complete the task he also helped me fix supplier issues on the fly. Just from the customer service alone they deserve 5 stars. This is an excellent app. There was an issue with my collections. I contacted the support service. What I thought was a huge problem turned out to be minuscule as the chat support walked me through it. They explained how the problem happened and showed me how to correct it. All I can say is, Thank you so much for showing me and being so polite about it. I did feel like an idiot afterward only because I was embarrassed when I couldn't figure it out myself. I am so grateful that my little issue was fixed. I could have made it worse if I had tried to fix it on my own. The chat support is 100% worth using this app. They work on your level whether you are a genius or not.

I haven't been using DSers for too long, but it has been pretty good so far. Actually just got off of a chat with Via from customer support who walked me through everything and resolved my issue for me in a short amount of time. Overall, very good service for the money. Highly recommend.

I really appreciate how Via helped me out while I was experiencing trouble today with placing an order, the customer service here at DSers is quick, and Via was able to walk me step by step on the process to ensure I was successful in placing my order.
