I have wrote Dsers, after passing few days running with a disponibilty of stock problem. I have fall in the hands of Sandy, who was so nice, comprhensive and helpfull person. He/she took the time, sent me screen shots to guide me, and after analizing he found the problem, and solve it. I am really very thankfull to him and to Dsers.
Grace was excellent, she couldnt resolve the issue but did trouble shoot and help to escalate within the team so that they can help

Cette journée j'ai eu CELIA la conseilière DSers. Elle m'a accompagnée pendant plus de 6 heures environs, m'assister à résoudre presque tous les soucis. Vraiment je ne pensais pas à un moment donné qu'elle pourrait rester à répondre à toutes les questions pertinentes. Elle m'a suivit avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, me corriger, m'aider à configurer mon Backboard avec succès. supplier from dsers sourcing - exactly samtrinity scammed me for 12k usd, beaware, it was deposit but the product is deffective and i cant sell it
