Still trying to figure out the app and all it's functions so will KIV with a 4star rating for now. So far the customer chat service has been quite prompt and helpful, that's one of the plus point for me so far.

The support is extremely good especially Catalina I had a big problem that I placed a lot of orders with a bad supplier and I had to place them all with another one and Catalina assisted me for more than an hour to solve my problem and answer all my questions, I don't know how much she is paid but she deserves to be paid more.
These guys are really helpful. I've have been in contact with a few different people at DSers and they are all great. Most recently Sherry, she been here for me from the moment I needed assistance, Sherry was kind and professional. 10 out of 10 stars from me.
