Anytime I am having trouble with DSers I reach out via live chat. I always receive answers and solutions to my questions or problems. I've never had a situation go unresolved. Today, I had trouble with mapping... it would not work on my end. Ralla helped me the best they could. Through screenshots and messaging we finally had resolution and fixed the problem. I am always so pleased with the service and Ralla made my day by not giving up and helping me.

The must have app for any dropshipper, easy to work with and the customer service is also fast.
Reported a problem via messenger and the response was super fast within a minute i had Jessica to help me.
