Migrated over to this product believing it was the replacement for Oberlo but after migration it still needs mapping and isn't nearly as user friendly or functional as Oberlo was!

After migration, all your products that were mapped in Oberlo with AliExpress suppliers will be mapped in DSers as well.
Please make sure that the mapping is activated in DSers, and if you have any issue, our customer service team will be able to easily help you fix the issues.
If you have some suggestion on how to make DSers more user-friendly & functional, please share your thoughts with us, we'll be glad to hear them!

ONE of the most horrible experiences I have ever had with an app !!! The customer service was not helpful at all , not only was my migration messed up but I've spent 2 days now trying to figure out everything that got messed up !!! I've lost time and money and all I get is the run around with them !!! DON'T MIGRATE TO THEM !!! They will mess up your entire store front !!!!! Can't get orders out, Can't see orders , half my inventory lost !!!! JUST A NIGHTMARE !!!!!

May I ask how your migration was "messed up"? Any details would help us on finding what potentially went wrong.
Please understand that we're trying our best to adapt to merchants previously using Oberlo and we're trying to improve as fast as possible.

DSers lures me to use their test order, but it can never be deleted. It is such a Scam. Unclear tutorial as well. not smart at all. Update: You are totally saying another thing. I am talking about that I cannot delete the test order. It is a big bug for the users. You are talking about that I could skip. The concern is that I have to skip to avoid the issue. Then what is the meaning of setting up this step? Please don't try to mix the problems. The answer is that you are not ready to do a test order, which meaning it is not a complete test. You should ask your product managers and coders to fix it up instead of just trying to argue with me without the basic logic. So ridiculous!

It seems that you had issue when made test order.
Maybe I can provide some helpful solution here if you do not want this order :
1. You can easily skip this step if you do not want to make a test order
2. For the test order made to AliExpress, you can cancel it smoothly on AliExpress
3. For the test order made on Shopify, you can delete it as well.
4. For that order on DSers, we suggest you mark it as fulfilled and it will be moved to Fulfilled tab.

I am going to stop using this app. It doesn't work as it should and there are much better options available. I would stay a long way from this app. Update developers reply:
In the chat we have not discussed that I do not know how it works. The problem is that you have indicated that if I took the pro plan I could keep my own Admitad account. After doing this you suddenly say that it is no longer possible. In addition, I also have to explain everything 6 times and then nothing is done with it. And that I indicate that I give a bad review because I am not satisfied with how you approach this problem, I would not call a threat.

Unfortunately the pro plan is not as stated and there are conditions to be able to use all functionalities. If you discuss it with customer service, they promise that it will work out, but afterwards they do not keep their word.

They won't tell you when you take the pro plan that you're forced to use their Admitad affiliate link before you can use it. Even when you have an account for years.

I would not recommend using this app. the customer service is poor when there is problem. the customer never get the products that order. its just a waste of time, money & contacting them about the products that never gets to the customer.

We are so sorry to hear that your customers didn’t receive products from your suppliers on AliExpress and our support team didn’t explain enough to you.

Hopefully, our reply will make it clearer about how DSers works for you.
1. DSers is only a tool to help process orders to AliExpress in bulk.
2. Since you are not using DSers Mass Supplier program and the product is not from DSers, this means you ordered from an AliExpress supplier and DSers’ job was to only help you sync the order information to your supplier on AliExpress and sync back the tracking information to Shopify.
3. If you could recall how you processed the orders via DSers to AliExpress, you would remember that you made the payment on AliExpress platform after you processed the orders to AliExpress. That is why our support team guided you to open a dispute to get back your money.
4. We strongly recommend you to open a dispute on AliExpress to get back your money. It not only helps AliExpress platform restrict the bad behavior of the supplier, but also lets other dropshippers stay away from the same situation.

Again, we are sorry for your bad experience.
