estou tendo problemas com o DSERS preciso de suporte para resolver a minha situação porque estou querendo procesar os meus primeros pedidos na plataforma porem esta aparecendo um erro nele que nao me permite liberar para o receber os pedidos dos meus clientes... entre em contato no e-mail so que ate agora nao tive resposta

Das Problem ist hier der Versand. Man fügt ein Produkt hinzu und erfährt dann später das gar nicht die Möglichkeit besteht nach Deutschland liefern zu lassen. Viel Arbeit, verschwendete Zeit und Ärger. Nur durch eine Testbestellung konnte ich das herausfinden. Ich lösche diese App obwohl ich mir mehr versprochen hatte.

Your supplier issue may have been caused by the fact that the supplier you selected don't have the certification of Environment evaluation as the Germanic government requires.

Precisei de ajuda para deletar 2 produtos da lista, o atendimento foi rápido e cordial. Mas não fiquei satisfeita com a usabilidade do sistema, nunca precisei de ajuda para realizar uma tarefa tão simples como essa!

After having the Basic version more than 1 year we move to the paid Advanced subscription as it promised a better tracking service of Aliexpress tracking numbers, sadly that option never fully work as every time the supplier changed the tracking in AliExpress DSER didn't make the proper update in our web, they told us the only way to keep the tracking updated is by using the extension in chrome manually every day, but the most important, we changed to this plan to have a proper tool that could help us change the prices when the suppliers increase them in Aliexpress, THIS NEVER WORKED, not eve once, we contacted customer support more than 20 times because of this and the just gave us vague answers and never a solution, the last week we barely make profits as most of the products didn't have their prices updated, they insisted that their tool takes 24-48h, but we see is not true, there are many products mapped correctly in DSER that have old prices for weeks, terrible customer support, right now looking for a proper tool that provides the right features they advertised and move this tool back to the basic free plan.

Since Oberlo was sunsetted and Dsers introduced this app has proven to be very useful but it really needs to be updated so that it is supported by shopify.com I've so many products linked through Dsers and AliExpress the flow needs to be more synchronized so it doesn't take up so much time.

Installed free plan to check. App is slow to response to any command like delete a product. Also, This plan does not have price automation, so I am not sure about speed of price changes on my website.

All in all a good app, but can only find simlar products what I am searching for, and not the excat product I want to have. I found a good supplier with a good product on Aliexpress and all I just want is to import the product to my store, but cant find it on Dsers.

You can easily import the product you found on AliExpress to DSers with one click. As for the similar product, we try to give you some alternatives to the products you like, which will potentially have lower prices.

I was forced to use this app since they took over for Oberlo. I can't say that this is the easiest app in the world but it seems to get better with time and the more you use it. The customer service is great though. Although you have to use FB messenger and I don't see they have help via email or phone, they are quick and very good at providing the assistance through messenger. Today's issue was great. Thank y ou!
