Dsers is complicated and as much as I hate having to deal with texting to resolve issues I have received the best customer service under these circumstances....if they upgrade to phone assistance...they would be top knotch but until then...the experience was still very good...the only reason I did not give 5 stars is because of the lack of live phone support

I just started using this app for my store , a good interface and ease to find producs , good response in customer support
o suporte é muito bom. falamos pelo aplicativo menssager e tive todas as questões respondidas. a única coisa que não achei bom foi o caso do aplicativo suportar a TEMU mas, ainda assim sermos impossibilitado de fazer o drop devido as politicas da temu em que possivelmente os nossos cliente receberam as embalagens com a logo da temu. nesse caso na minha opinião faz faz sentido ter a temu aqui. do resto tudo muto bom.

Still working out how to use it properly as my first order went wrong but i used the chat support and Wendy was fantastic in helping me figure out what went wrong. Only 4* for now but will update once i have successfully placed and received my first order. for now though, all is looking good!

We've been using DSers since Oberlo was sunsetted and not only were they super helpful during the transition, we now fulfill orders at lightning speed compared to when we were using Oberlo. I dropped 1 star because sometimes you receive someone who is entirely unhelpful, like Irene, who not only didn't know how to help but continually gave me incorrect information rather than asking for someone to help her. But I waited until the next shift and received above and beyond service from Myra. She even pointed out an additional setting that would make our lives easier. Thank you Myra!! I have usually had good service from DSers so hopefully the team can provide better training for newer reps.
