L'assistenza di Celia è ottima, purtroppo l'applicazione si può molto migliorare, sia in termini di BUG che in termini di mettere la lingua in italiano anche per le traduzioni prodotti senza dover andare sempre in google traduttore. In attesa di nuovi aggiornamenti.
Grazie ancora a Celia per l'assistenza.

The platform can be a little frustrating, especially when a supplier is no long er selling the item, but it sold on your website. Then you have to try and remap a new supplier. Today after being frustrated, I reached out to the help option via live chat. My support person not only remapped everything but was able to walk me through with new suppliers.
She was great! Thank you

Rin, my Customer Service Rep, was fantastic! DSers offers 24/7 live support to help you navigate the learning curve and tackle the technical details with ease. The platform needs UX improvements but over all Great service.

4 stars for quite fast replies to my emails, but still loved the customer support being kind and very helpful.
Would be better if there was a direct access to customer service from the app rather then have write an email.

Great product though I hate the back and forth of fulfilling orders.

Staff are always very supportive and are awake 24/7 and very helpful

I recommend

The developers should work on easier order fulfillments with notification sent to email or brought on screen etc

The staff is very supportive, and Villanelle has been excellent in helping me identify and clearly answer all of my questions. However, the integration with Tmall is not yet fully developed, which means dropshippers cannot directly contact Tmall suppliers—something I find a bit inconvenient
