Dsers agent was very co-operative, she helped me solve my frustrating advanced formula issue, which was calculating my selling prices at losses because the formula did not add the shipping cost to the total cost, this was happening because the formula did not show the exact name of the shipping method. But I suggested to at least warn the user that the shipping cost is not being calculated and to have the option to include it before pushing the item to the store.

Great company to do business with!! They are an amazing company and I am so glad I use them for my business. They were available for help in the afternoon on Memorial Day (Monday) when everyone is out at bbq's. They helped me through something that was confusing and hard to figure out.
