Excellent Customer Service, but Communication Options Could Improve

I’ve been using DSers for my dropshipping business, and I have to say their customer service is fantastic! The support team is very responsive and helpful, especially when it comes to resolving issues quickly. They walked me through every step of the process, from account setup to order management, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with how knowledgeable and patient they were.

That being said, the only improvement I would suggest is offering more communication channels beyond Facebook Messenger. While Messenger is convenient for some, it can be limiting. It would be great to have options like live chat on their website, email, or even phone support for more urgent or complex issues.

Overall, DSers is an excellent tool, and the customer service team is top-notch. Expanding their communication channels would make the experience even better!

This is the first time I am using the live chat to get some help with my order.
I couldn't place my order because there was some issue with the shipping details.
Gloria was my assistant in the live chat and she did a wonderful job, just a few messages she solved the problem and I could carry on with my order.
