DSers is very easy to use and the customer support is wonderful. I've needed it a few times and they have always replied straight away and gone above and beyond. I spoke to 'Lucy' during my last help messenger chat and she was extremely helpful, kind and patient with me :)

I was having an issue seeing my orders in AliExpress and did not realize that my orders were under a different account and from DSers did some research and identified that there might be an issue with the account I'm logged in with, and sure enough an account that I thought was deactivated contained the orders I was looking for.
