Je suis véritablement satisfait de la réactivité du support clients Dsers, je m'explique :
J'ai pris contact avec Rin sur Messenger pour un paramétrage que je ne pouvais pas réaliser par moi-même (je vous passe les détails).
Rin a effectué ce paramétrage après notre échange et la confirmation de ma part par mail au support.
Résultat, en moins de 10 minutes mon soucis était traité et je peux désormais continuer à avancer.
Excellent support clients, excellente expérience même si on préférerait ne pas avoir à solliciter le service et pouvoir se débrouiller par nos propres moyens, quand il n'y a pas le choix, ça ne rigole pas ici =)
