I had an incredibly positive experience with the DSers support team, especially with Sherry. From the first contact, she was extremely attentive, patient, and effective in solving my doubts and issues. It's rare to find such a dedicated and committed professional to customer satisfaction as Sherry has proven to be.

She didn't just answer all my queries in a clear and comprehensible manner but also went the extra mile to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the solutions provided. Her professionalism and ability to handle situations truly stood out.

DSers is a very nice app allowing dropship with a perfect customer support line. My experience with Sally on the support line was amazing, she helped me solve my issues solving my problem and provided help deserving of at least 5 stars. Very fast responses, images with explanations, patience, and extreme kindness. Love it :)

Can be glitchy sometimes, but makes up for it with a very useful free plan and FANTASTIC 24 hour customer service. I've never had an issue that wasn't solved by their customer service almost instantly. They're always on-call through chat. Support member Lena not only answered my DSers question, but even helped me with Shopify stuff! Amazing!!! Thank you <3

Fantastic experience! In order to solve my problem, Vivian was really educated and helpful.

Throughout the conversation, Vivian was cordial and swift in her problem-solving.

I searched for a solution on Shopify for a full thirty minutes, but after giving up and attempting the chat feature, I was able to find the answer to my issue in five minutes.
