I was having an issue with my Dsers and I was helped by Selena. I have to say she is one of the most patient, understanding representatives I ever had. She assisted me, she provided step by step guidance and also showed pictures of every step and explained it to me completely thorough. she gave continuous clarity and help through the nearly 2.5 hour chat we had(yes, I'm not the best at software and apps) and she had the patience and constant reassurance and helping me trouble shoot my inquiry. Selena my hats off to you for being an absolute star in assisting people/businesses. There should be more people like you. Thank You very Much!

The app is great and easy to use, but whats better is the custommer support. I can without a doubt say that the customer support that i got was the best support i have ever gotten on any website in years. You could really feel that you as a customer are important to Dsers. Even thought the app is easy to use, as i said, there can be times when you need help becasue you dont understand how the app works, but in that case you can always contact the support team as i did, and get the greatest support there is.

THANK YOU OLIVIAAAAAAAAAA FOR THE HELP!!! shes the best, definitely deserves a rais.
