There was a server issue and I contacted DSERS after learning I was unable to fulfill a customers order. I came into contact with Lily and she was so kind and patient with me even thought I kept asking many questions which would normally annoy someone all in all great service and provides accurate information regarding the issue while being patient with me. I was able to do my order successfully.

I was having issues fufilling a failed order but Lucia was a great help who guided me through the issue and I was able to fufill the failed order. My experience with Lucia was great and she helped me through the problem with a fast response time and I am happy. I am gratefull to receive her help as without it I would have been struggling to fufill a failed order myself.

It's certanly the best app to Dropshipping ever. I had some doubts and I send a message on Facebook and about 5 minutes they answered me. Adele helped me with the sync Dsers > AliExpress. I really recomend this app and if you have any question you can open a live chat and talk with them.
