I haven't had any issues or problems with DSers or its integration with Shopify, however there have been a few things I have needed guiding through on account of being fairly new to this industry. Each of the CSRs I have spoken/chatted to so far has been excellent and resolved my questions quickly, and professionally. Most recently I dealt with Cynthia who was fab! 5*.
