I had an issue I wasn't been able to resolve myself so I went to DSers support and through the whole time, servicer under the name Emma was trying to help me. It took hours, but it's already working. If I'll have some future issues I feel no pressure to use DSers support again. Much more appreciated live support in comparison with other corporate help centers. Thank you, I hope everything will be this nice from now on.
