I was just online (Messenger) with Olivia. I had some questions and she was awesome at quick response and in a manner I was able to work with. I'm not a techy, so talking over my head does't help.

Great service - I had a question regarding a payment and shipping. I have write an email to the support team. Una from the support team has responded to my email with a detailed instructions on how to solve the problem withing 10 min. I was amazed from the prompt response and over satisfied from the support.
