ce matin j'ai eu Sandy qui a été d'une patience et d'une aide très précieuse ; elle n'a rein lâcher jusqu'à ce qu'elle est trouvée la solution à mon problème.
Hier j'ai eu aussi à faire à Una et Jully qui ont essayé de m'aider, également, mais comme il était tard, je leur ai demandé si je pouvais de nouveau faire appel à vos services le lendemain. Elles m'ont répondu, sans problème, et que vous étiez opérationnel 7 jours sur 7.
