I needed help with my login information on DSers. I am not tech savvy so, I had to reach out to DSers support. Colleen was the tech support person that helped me. I thank God for her, bcuz she was able to get my account straight and she was so kind, polite and a pleasure to work with. Colleen was very knowledgeable and very patient with me. I appreciate service like that. Colleen, if I ever need help again, I hope you are there to help me again.

I received help from Lucy today regarding the product mapping because I have absolutely no clue how to work around this app (yet)! She was so helpful and tend to all my question diligently without making me wait more than 1 minute, and that's really make my overall experience satisfied.
