Had an issue with a product that I thought had not been sent to the customer. It turned out that I had not completed my payment to the supplier. This was my first order, and I was a little confused on how it all had to be completed. Sandy at DSers's support was very patient as I had to ask some questions about procedures. She took the time to walk me through the whole process and gave me the complete instructions on how an order is processed. So now I know. I was also surprised that someone answered back to me almost immediately. Ok she deserves a 5 star...you go girl.

Customer Service through Messenger was great! I had a small issue with an account that I wanted removed and was running into problems but once I got in touch with DSers through messenger, I was able to get it resolved in no time. Responses were prompt and kind, assistance was quick, and my issue was resolved in no-time. Good to know that customer service is reliable in case I need help later on.
