I'm giving 5 stars for a few simple reasons. First of all I had an issue on DSers and contacted the 24/7 support chat via FB Messenger. Lily came on the chat and helped me resolve the issue immediately, she had great customer service, responded quickly and fixed the issue instantly. Overall great experience 10/10 would recommend. And also the app is just great!

Anytime I am having trouble with DSers I reach out via live chat. I always receive answers and solutions to my questions or problems. I've never had a situation go unresolved. Today, I had trouble with mapping... it would not work on my end. Ralla helped me the best they could. Through screenshots and messaging we finally had resolution and fixed the problem. I am always so pleased with the service and Ralla made my day by not giving up and helping me.

I’ve never seen such friendly and effective customer support, seriously. I consider myself quite techy and able to figure out login issues etc. by myself.
The last thing I ever dare to do is contact customer support BUT to my surprise a more than pleasant customer service staff named Via helped me solve an issue in a creative personable way. Thank you sooo much! You are the opposite of a robot or computer and made my day! Wishing you all the best.
