Great app and great customer service. The app has all the features I needed. I had a problem with my supplier(Not because of the app) and I couldn't pay for the orders for a specific variant of my product. I contacted the support and got in touch with Eden, who found out that the supplier ran out of stock and that I had to find another one, and then map the different variants. Everything was done in a matter of seconds and in a very transparent way. I recommend them!

I started using Dsers app for shopify and find it very useful. Customer service is also nice, Jenny helped me alot to resolve my issues. Just a feedback. It will be really great for us if Dsers create a complete Long course for Dropshipping Where they guide us in detail and step by step process from product selection to pushing product to shopify then setting up shipping methods (specially linked with aliexpress shipping method available for that product). How can we integrate those shipping method in our shopify store. and how to then integrate those methods from store to Dsers app. Like full detail. Like a case study. How professional Dropshippers setting up all the components.

Update 1: But Dsers itself works poorly, many of the features only do what they were supposed to under specific conditions, prices sometimes are not correctly imported, shipment prices cannot be included in final prices (only in a specific situation).
Update 2: prices keep not being correctly imported. Instead of trying to understand, recognize and fix the problem, tech support try to convince you that the app works showing how to configure it by the book and repeating the limitations.
