I just filled my first order on DSers and felt that I had no idea what I was doing. I was nervous about reaching out to customer support, but did anyway. In the chat, Krystle was so awesome. She answered my questions quickly and precisely. I really was needing someone to kind of hold my hand through the process and she did just that.
