app gets stuck when binding with the store. I can't connect. Used 2 different browsers. Can't import products. No good.

If you have any unexpected issue, please feel free to contact our support about the issue you are having. And I believe that you would understand that it's a necessary step to make the app a charged one to provide all users better service. Even though, you still can use this app for free as we provide free version which is enough when you start business and make it profitable. I was trying to check my options with suppliers so I stumbled upon DSers. I think the various steps to importing products is a bit hassle haha other platforms allow you to do this in a few clicks so like the number of steps with this one as opposed to the others kind of made me lose interest.
Also it kept on showing 404 error and I tried refreshing so many times, but still no luck. A bit disappointing, hopefully user experience can be improved!

It actually takes 2 clicks to import a product from your supplier to Shopify, so i'm not sure what steps you are referring to, our customer service team would be more than happy to help you set things up if you find it difficult.
We are aware that our platform is not perfect yet, but we are working hard to improve things and welcome every critics in that regard.

Totally pointless app. All the settings you make (country of delivery, delivery time, etc.) do not match the actual information at the end. Waste of time!

This app no inventory manage. After I import products to my shopify store, it went to Inventory managed by Shopify, the quantity show in my location. No wonder I created a shipping profile and setup rate will not show at checkout. It only show ship from my supplier not from this app represent location and sellers. That means, if Alixpress sellers change price and inventory, it will not updated my store. When I use Oberlo to import, it managed by Oberlo (Can't see the location), which I will be able to create shipping rate. Only Oberlo no good is it updated a watch that cost $2.90 to my selling price $0.02. I thought this app will be better, even worst!

i am confused and overwhelmed in steps there are so many things I need to do at first. I am a beginner here please help I am currently building store to with Shopify will hire a web designer which I have soon. for me to use this, I also need to download extension for chrome and this app?
