Raphael was awesome. He was more than helpful and stayed with me until he was sure I was able to accomplish what I set out to do on Dsers. I hope Dsers hires more representatives like Raphael. He's knowledgeable about the products and provides screenshots as well as instructions.

She was efficient and her problem solving skills were great as I wasn't sure if the explanation of my issue would be understood, indeed she understood and was able to provide a good solution.
