J'ai jamais eu autant de difficultés à faire le suivi de mon stock. Quand j'affiche ma boutique sa marque stock épuisé. L'application est pas a 100% traduit en français. Difficile a comprendre.

Wow. I spent over an hour talking to customer service, sending screenshots and a full video, only to have the agent be the most unhelpful and unknowledgeable person. It took everything in my power to remember I was talking to a person, but my goodness. How are you the support of a product understand? I run an entire tech company and had one very simple question and was left with both a headache and a request to cancel my entire account.

The app is an absolute nightmare. Orders always have a problem when being placed. Api charges extra shipping costs that do not exist. Customer service although helpful does not know most of the time what the problem is. If a ticket is launched no one checks it and gets back to you. Customer phone numbers never get synced properly. Some products do not sync the correct price and ends up in a loss when placing an order and so on and so fourth. There is a list of problems which I cannot possibly post all. I will be soon leaving this app for another app. Very disappointed!!!

We just want to let you know that the issue about the product sync has ben fixed. There was indeed a problem, but you can now see the correct prices.

trash app, i received 45 order today and i had to cancel all of them because of the dumb price update dser have done, it has completely messed up my pricing.

new update: we found out, we can log into old device with old password, even after changing password on another device. This is a serious flaw in their security system
I have been with Dsers for a year, before the Sept and after the major update. It seems pretty and nice, but for operation, it is terrible.
Using Oberlo, ordering took 1 hour, after using Dser, it jump from 2.30hours to 6 hours. You might ask why? Every day, we had to remap variants for orders about 40%. Then we have to check it is same product, size etc as per the Shopify order as they have make mistakes in the past.
Customer services may be good as we pay for it but it is useless and the IT team is useless and come back with the wrong answer.
Option 2 chrome extension failed and it is day 3 and we are losing discount, coupons, they advise was to process the orders manually.
As merchant is changing the tracking number, they combined the parcels, but the auto update of tracking by Dser does not work, we have to update manually. It says 90mins but it takes 120 mins and after the updates it takes 4-5 hours.
We always find issues, I wish they focus on ordering app, then trying to be another Shopify and financial app, as many of the functions looks nice but only work 60% making it useless.

Updated Review March 2024: I had previously given 5 stars. At the beginning it worked well. If you are a store owner and you want to waste tonnes of time mapping and remapping products then DSERS is for you. I am actually paying their rediculous monthly fee to update my store inventory and keep it accurate for what? Aliexpress items have thousands of pcs yet DSERS puts my store stock at zero. What does that equal? Lost sales. I had high hopes for DSERS but honestly they need to really look at the way they manage their product mapping. I'd have paid a monthly fee to have a DSERS person keep track and fix my mapping issues. That to me is WAY MORE value added then their rediculous stock updates (that occur only once a day and also have qty limitations). I'm slowly moving all my products away from DSERS as I find it totally unreliable and definitely not worth the money. From their support people, I get a lot of the were so sorry for the issue we'll forward to our technical team - and then nothing happens. Such a waste! Save your money and time and spend it both elsewhere not on DSERS!

Terrible app. i've asked several times about who keeps changing these prices? you all said aliexpress. Well that's not true. It's DSer. Everyday it's atleast 99 products everyday you all are changing in your app. I get on here every day & compare your notifications to inventory or out of stock to aliexpress everyday. I took screenshots of products same price & not out of stock. It's DSer . Dser your inventory or stores take up til 24-30 days shipping. i have stores w/14 days on aliexpress shipping. also another store 5-7 days . I've been purchasing from them & clients. I don't like your store pinned to my shopify.. it's a problem. i have to go out of my way to send for help. i've changed the settings & still getting notifications of items out of stock & u all want us to pay for your mistakes.

Update 1: But Dsers itself works poorly, many of the features only do what they were supposed to under specific conditions, prices sometimes are not correctly imported, shipment prices cannot be included in final prices (only in a specific situation).
Update 2: prices keep not being correctly imported. Instead of trying to understand, recognize and fix the problem, tech support try to convince you that the app works showing how to configure it by the book and repeating the limitations.
