I had a problem involving Shopify that I could not find a solution for. I contacted Dsers support and was assisted by Villanelle who helped me for more than 5 hours to find a solution. I have certainly never received that kind of attention to the problem before, as I have received this time from Dsers support. I am delighted with the app and the service.

Rfimp was quite helpful. I was showed to areas in DSers I didn't know existed until it was shown to me. Rfimp was direct to the point and quick to respond. My supplier concern was handled very well and a helpful screenshot was given to me that helped me know how to leave messages to my suppliers.
