I was helped this morning by Isak and he was wonderful. Super fast service. he included screen shots that showed me exactly what to do to fix my issue. Which was that I could not fulfill my order.
he also sent me a clear list of instructions on how to place my future orders from shopify to dsers.
The issue was on my end and I had place the order out of sequence. But he cleared it all up in less than 5 minutes and I placed my order, easy breezy.

While the Shopify integration with DSers-AliExpress is not as smooth as with Customcat - I want to say that the customer service when I reached out for help was top notch. Zoe was kind, thorough, and walked me through each step - answering any of my concerns and providing clear instruction. Wonderful service.
