I had a complex pricing issue related to Shipping Settings and Shopify synchronization. The support team was patient throughout the investigation, and Dhlan provided the explanation that helped me fully understand how the Shipping Cost Threshold works. After adjusting the configuration, I tested multiple products with different pricing ranges, and everything is now working correctly.

One suggestion for improvement: it would be very helpful if DSers included a clearer explanation or warning in the Shipping Settings page about how the Shipping Cost Threshold affects pricing calculations. This would help new users avoid the same issue I experienced.
