I just spoke to Eamily. Very helpful and very nice to chat to. Was very detailed and even gave me a screenshot to explain step by step to fulfill my orders. Was able to solve the questions that I have asked and send me a couple of advice on how to integrate Dsers with Oberlo

App is good and does what it promises 10/10. Customer service is good 8/10, however having such an wonderful app, expect the service to be excellent 15/10 so that it can give tough competition to other competitors

Customer support is decent although in my opinion calling someone your friend could seem a little bit unprofessional but I don't mind it. Problem was fixed decently fast even though at the start it seemed that there was a little bit of miscommunication. Over all a decent experience.

This app is easy to use and has made my eCommerce experience smooth and enjoyable. The only reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because it tends to be quite buggy sometimes (items failing to be pushed to Shopify and having to retry multiple times before it works, collections not being recognized, etc). But other than that, it's great!

I really like how this app made importing products easier. It would be nice if it would also import the videos from the product pages. I really like how I can make ordering the products easier.
I am only new to drop-shipping . I am not joining 1 and 1 yet so this App sounds to be for me while I am learning. I am fearful of making a hash out of it. Thank you for your patience.
