Updated Review. as previosuly 1 star but now upto 3 Stars. The developers are working hard and actually taking note on suggestions and faults which Is great news and very noticeable.
There's now only 2 Issues that I don't like. 1. If you already had an established store prior to the migration from Oberlo to DSers then it is hard to apply the pricing rule to old products. Applying to new products is easy but old ones not so much.
2. I were not limied with how many ites I could sell on Oberlo whereas on DSers you must pay to sell more which Is quite steep considering we are already paying for Shopify each month and the extra payment is not welcome. You can not add many items on the free plan. Other than those 2 Issues I would give it 5 stars. Well done to the development team for working on the app and the Issues.

Just migrated to Dsers. unsure yet of the usefulness of app. have yet to explore further. A pleasant experience I had with Dsers was my encounter with their staff Ms Jenny Bayat. She had been very helpful & professional in her approach. Sincerely it was a pleasant experience! Importantly I managed to rectify the migration hiccup issue thru her help. Thk you Jenny & Great Job! I used this app after previously using Oberlo. I think this app is not as easy or to use user-friendly, but the help section and customer service has been acceptable so far. The most frustrating thing for me is I have tons of items on my store that I source from a POD app and not AliExpress, and now I have to go find all of these on DSers and "hide" them from DSers to complete my order fulfillment and it's extremely time consuming. I wish I could have connected my items from AliExpress and not connected my items directly from my shopify store.

Precisei de ajuda para deletar 2 produtos da lista, o atendimento foi rápido e cordial. Mas não fiquei satisfeita com a usabilidade do sistema, nunca precisei de ajuda para realizar uma tarefa tão simples como essa!

I am very satisfied with the help provided by Lena ! She finds solution in seconds while I struggle for a long time. However, I would like to give some advice to improve the platform itself : - the transition with Oberlo is not very smooth (we need to ask to have all the data, I would have appreciated seeing my old invoices and stuff like that...)
- it would be better to have fewer tabs (one order can be seperated in three or more tabs for example)
- when setting up a time zone, it would be great to keep it by default instead of redoing the operation each time
- when trying to open an order from shopify "open with dsers", it doesn't always shows the order actually. It may just go to the main page and you struggle to find it.

I find the app a little difficult at times to use the user interface.
BUT, the Customer Service via the 'messenger' link is very fast & easy to use.
If you have any issues with the platform I would definitely recommend contacting CS via messenger to get help.

I really wanted to like this app (DSers Pro), the DSers Pro account is supposed to handle multiple stores of the platforms Shopify and Woocommerce. It does..... but there's a big Wall between the 2 platforms. You can't import products into one platform and then transfer them to another, it's 2 seperate import lists which to me makes no sense at all. If you want to import products into Shopify you have to log into the Shopify platform. If you want to import products into Woocommerce you have to log into the Woocommerce platform. I don't know why it needs to be like this since DSers uses their own backend. The Pro account enables you to have 25 stores and import 75,000 products, but it only allows for 1 user..... I imagine a very overworked user, which I hope they're paid very well :). And since the software does not support multiple lists like many other Aliexpress softwares do the 75,000 products by 1 person, might as well say 1,000,000 because I don't think one person can manage a 75,000 product list. It does have 1 filter that allows you to filter by products pushed to stores. One feature I like is that it allow you to set a standardized message to vendors (i.e. not to put marketing materials in the packaging) and your phone number instead of your customer's phone number. I really hope DSers does some major improvements to the app, otherwise I won't renew past the generous trial period of 3 months. UPDATE: I gave up on this app, if you have more than a few items, in my opinion this app become unusable (remember just my personal opinion) you can only update your store 5 items at a time and it takes a really long time to do the update and I've compared it with several other apps. Their claim of being able to have 75000 items is beyond the realm of possibility. Getting items from your store is 10 items at a time and again it takes a very long time to fetch even a small number like 100 items. One positive that must be mentioned is their customer support is very good. Too bad their app isn't, at least for me..... they have many good reviews but when I tested it with a store of 100 items and another store with 200 it became totally and unacceptably unusable.
I'm not trying to malign the company, just sharing my personal experience.

Why is the DSers app being reported as incompatible with Shopify? I installed it on July, 6 and used it for a few days, but now the platform has been informing about this incompatibility. Can anyone help me on how to proceed?

The issue is cause by an old Shopify API error, but will not affect your business and you can continue to use DSers normally.
We are working with Shopify to solve this issue as soon as possible.
