I was having a technical issue with custom tracking. Marry was very helpful and found a solution right away. Her expertise regarding the special formatting/ addition of characters to a URL was very useful. The DSers team has live customer service that is available at the tap of a button (Messenger) - they are happy to assist at any time, even during during peak traffic. Thanks.

The app is great, fulfillment is so easy with DSers. Importing products in Shopify and keeping them up-to-date is a breeze, which makes running the store a pleasant experience. Most importantly their support is amazing, I got my issue resolved in a matter of few hours.

There are some features that could make the process easier to use, but overall has made the process (for a beginner) pretty smooth with some time and effort put into it of course. Their customer service reps have always been a huge help to me as well and reply fast and seem to be more knowledgable than typical service reps on other websites.

I just finished chatting with Chris, who was able to resolve the issue I had for me super quickly. He was explaining every step to me in real time, providing detailed indications with images, a video of the process and eventually he fixed it for me.
