I had an issue with confirming a shipping order and Vivian at Dsers really helped calm me down. She reviewed what I was having trouble with and patiently explained what needed to be done. She then went in and addressed my issue, and it was resolved in no time. Vivian is the best!!

As a newcomer to dropshipping and the platform, I am still in the process of getting familiar with all the features and tools available. While I haven't explored everything yet, I’m impressed with how intuitive the interface is for beginners like me.
