I had spoken with a member of staff called Sally. They was so much help and explained more than I needed to know (which I actually needed to know). The app in general is great to use and when you get used to using everything, dropshipping becomes so much easier and you can list and sell items in a matter of minutes.

I would like to share my previous experience with Mr Chris from Dsers team, he was very proactive and helpful in a very short time he described to me how to solve my issue in my account while pushing few products separatly to Shopify. Today we had an amazing customer service experience with Villanelle! She was fabulous! We were having an issues placing an order, and she tried everything to get us connected, which she did! I had to leave in the middle of the chat, and she stayed on, helping other people while I was gone and then helped me again! I have never had anyone do that for me before. Definitely a 5-star customer service representative!!
