DSers a great app especially if you are just getting started with your dropshipping business. It is easy to integrate with AliExpress and Shopify and has many automated features available. DSers also has great customer support that responds quickly and will investigate and answer any questions thoroughly. Shoutout to Via who helped us use the DSers order tracking that auto syncs tracking numbers from Aliexpress to Shopify using DSers. Thank you!

I had a big issue that would have affected my store big time, I therefore sent a email to Dsers then in a matter of 4 mins I got a reply back by asupport agent "AURORA" I would give her 5 star review if we were allowed to review support agent because she honestly helped me 100/100. Thank you Dsers but mainly thank you "AURORA". I would recommend you guys to email Dsers support team if any issue comes up and if your lucky u might get helped by the 10/10 support agent "AURORA".

Thank you Sandy. Today, when I use DSERS to set up a shop, I found that there is a Shopify shop. I will not close it, but when I want to delete the association, it does not work, so I will contact the DSERS team to ask for help.After receiving the help email of Sandy, she simply confirmed my request with a screenshot, and quickly helped me solve the problem!
