Have just started getting orders with Dsers and Sherry was absolutely amazing. She talked me through everything sent relevant information and solved the problem and was also so patient when I was taking the steps she asked me to do as it took a while to sort things. I'm giving 5 stars for a few simple reasons. First of all I had an issue on DSers and contacted the 24/7 support chat via FB Messenger. Lily came on the chat and helped me resolve the issue immediately, she had great customer service, responded quickly and fixed the issue instantly. Overall great experience 10/10 would recommend. And also the app is just great!
