Started using DSers recently when my old dropshipping stopped working. So far I am very happy with everything. It's super easy to import and edit products, they provide an intuitive search function, and best of all, everything is fully automated so I don't even have to touch my orders, DSers takes care of everything from beginning to end!
Today I had a few questions so I reached out to chat support and talked to Zoe. She was very kind and helpful, answered all my questions, and took the time to explain things to me.

J'ai aussi apprécié qu'elle communique avec moi en français. On m'avait dit que votre service était bon mais en anglais. Avec Sandy, je me suis sentie épaulée et en confiance. De plus, on voit qu'elle connait bien l'application Dsers. J'ai aussi aimé ses captures écran pour m'indiquer le chemin sur Dsers et aussi les paragraphes explicatifs et les liens.
